How account deletion works in Mirror Trip

Account deletion is initiated from within the app. The process includes immediate suspension and a 15-day grace period before permanent deletion.

Deletion timeline

  1. Request deletion in the app

    The deletion request is started from the in-app account deletion flow.

  2. Immediate suspension

    Your account is suspended immediately after the deletion request begins.

  3. 15-day grace period

    Published content is hidden during this period, and you cannot sign back in unless the account is restored.

  4. Permanent deletion

    If the account is not restored before the grace period ends, the account and associated data are permanently deleted.

What happens immediately

Your account is suspended right away and you lose normal sign-in access unless the account is restored during the grace period.

What happens to published content

Published trips are hidden from other users and guests during the grace period.

What is permanently deleted

After the grace period, the account and associated data are permanently deleted, including trips, days, activities, and related uploaded photos.

Deletion starts inside the app.
